We make every effort to display product designs and details accurately. However, slight variations in design, color, or decoration may occur, especially for customized cakes.

Customization Orders
Customized cakes and bakery items are prepared based on customer requirements. Once the preparation process has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Delivery & Pickup
Customers must ensure correct delivery details at the time of order. Delays due to incorrect information will not be the responsibility of Shakti Bakers. For pickup orders, customers are requested to collect their orders on time.

Quality & Complaints
We ensure high standards of quality and hygiene. In case of any issue, customers must inform us within a few hours of receiving the product with proper proof. Complaints made after consumption will not be considered.

Refund & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers are advised to review the policy before placing an order.
