Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Same-day or urgent orders may not be cancelled once preparation has started. Customized or designer cake orders cannot be cancelled after the preparation process begins.

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if the order is cancelled within the allowed time frame. In case of any quality issue, customers must inform us within 2 to 4 hours of delivery or pickup with proper proof such as photos or videos. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will not be provided based on taste preferences or minor design variations in customized cakes.

Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, we will offer a replacement where possible. Any complaint must be raised immediately upon receiving the order.
